Enough Is Enough Coalition is an Advocacy group made up of Vicitimed Families.

I do not get paid to do what I do, I really wish you would re-read a lot of my posts , you would have read that instead of Attacking me.

Why am I proud------- I"m Proud because when I came to Newark in 1998 I still had 2 bullets lodged in my body and was in Bad shape, after just being shot, was unable to walk, had to have bandages changed daily, on all soughts of medication, Stomach split wide open 50 plus staples, and in serious Pain Everyday, and could not eat solid foods for a long time (MONTHS).

I did not know many people here in Newark just relocated here April 4th 1998, and while going through all of that, started the Organization all over here in Newark, while recovering from Multiple Gun shot wounds.

So to see the Great Blessing that God has Bless the Organization with, and still answering the call of helping those who have lost a loved one to Gun Violence and watching how the Message get out Yes I am Proud, I proud to be ALIVE, I'm Proud that I can help others in their most trying times, I'm proud to know that since Enough Is Enough Coalition was started here in Newark 1998 a lot of people have started there own efforts against Guns/ Violence, I'm Proud we are making a diffrence, and causing others to take notice Yes I'm Proud because I know how far I as a victim of Gun Violence have come and how far the Organization has come as well.

How about this: get a spokesperson from one of the families struck by tragedy to talk to us and tell us how Enough Is Enough has made their life better. We'll know its not you because of the spelling. Let them speak for you. That is a true testiment of your impact. Your work should be able to speak for itself.

Anyway, back to the issue at hand, because it is just like you to try and steal the spotlight......

This was a very interesting article and sheds a lot of truth about what goes on in this city and county. Once again...it showed how incompetent A. Ambrose is, because he contradicted everything his staff is saying…..He said they have all the resources they need but it is a societal problem that is causing the lack of convictions and ridding the streets of these criminals…Also, notice the response from Sir James….He was actually smart this time go round and kept his mouth shut……

My question to everyone on the forum…is with numbers and stats like this…. wouldn’t you think that this state, county, and city would be eligible for some type of federal grant to help relieve some of this backlog? At this rate the investigators and prosecutors office are doing double work for minimal result, I believe with a more complete office equipped with some modern tech….we would see a world of a difference on every level (city county, etc).

Unfortunately, with all the corrupt officials that we have stealing out of the pot…we would have all of the equipment necessary to complete an investigation like CSI…. instead we got garbage trucks....

Another question….How long is it to complete an investigation from actual murder to actual trial (if it gets that far)? I posed that question because these investigators will never complete their investigations handling about 85 cases each, and if they do complete it…well we see what happens….
