At $6.50 for a watered-down Miller Lite, you can make some serious dough!

Hey, I can purchase one of the office cleaning franchises for 1G and get a contract to clean the bathrooms. I'll hire lots of illegal immagrants and charge the city/Devils $18 per hour. This, of course, means that I'll be hiring lots of East Ward residents. :p

in the arena down here in Newark, but the deal could have been even sweeter if we could have gotten a pro basketball team down here (The Nets). Sure, people are going to come to see the devils play their games, but it won't be as many Newark People. Newark People will come to the concerts, the special events if catered to Newark People.
Coming from the entertainment aspect of it, Newark residents won't benefit as much from the Arena for the simple fact that Hockey is not the typical even stereotypical sport that Newark Residents follow.
Can anyone tell me the status of Ratner (New Nets Owner) and his investors? Last I heard, he was having trouble getting the money from his potential partners and that they were actually backing out of the deal. I'm currently thinking that if he can't get all of the funding necessary to move the Nets to Brooklyn, what is the possiblity of them moving to the Newark Arena...especially considering they won't have a lease with the Airlines Arena by the time the Newark Arena is completed.
Please enilighten me people...
i think the Newark Arena should be called [B]]"The Bricks"[/[/U]B]

SHU basketball will be in the arena. BE basketball will be the undisputed #1 basketball conference in America starting next winter. I also figure that you can swindle a couple of Rutgers NB & Princeton home games at the arena. And, of course, I figure the City will be creative in creating a Holiday Tournament and inviting some big name schools to the area. NJ is still prime recruiting territory so it shouldn't take much to get them up here. Trust me, Black, you'll get your fill of Bball at the Newark Arena.
BTW - I have a suggestion for the name. I'm hoping we can call it the F U New Jersey Arena.

5, maybe it is time for a naming contest? I'll pay for the Plasma TV if I can have my name on it.
