Last post in 2007???

With all the issues in the WEST WARD, the last post was in 2007? We the residents of the WEST WARD need to unite and make sure that our voices and demands are heard.

Abandoned Houses
Garbage, Garbage, and more Garbage-Code enforcement seems too afraid to come out and ticket property owners. I am sure NEWARK could use the $$$$ to solve bigger issues.
Graffitti
Crime
Loud Music and Drinking on the streets
RATS!!!

Changes that were promised in 2004, when Councilman Rice last visited.

Mr. Rice you desperately need to hold another meeting at St. Rose of Lima Church. I think it has been a year since the last one, adn the problems still exist.

I think everyone got so used to writing every issue in the main blog... we forget about the ward blogs...
Rice usually visits these pages frequently... maybe you can email him directly...

Thanks Jazzy.... I have emailed Councilman Rice in the past, and he has been very helpful.. However; as Councilman Rice does visit frequently, I would like to see more residents of the West Ward post here. It is my belief that numbers speak louder than just one individual.
