oscar james II
does anyone know what's going on with him; what is he doing for the southward? I know what his platform was when he ran for councilman but when he got in office, i didn't hear much about him.

He is keeping very low... I am not sure if that is good or bad :rolleyes:

finally someone responded. Thanks girl! yea i realized that he was keeping low b/c i haven't heard anything about him. I'm like is he helping us or what? lol!

I heard before that he had a hot head... personally I have only met I think twice, he seemed okay to me. I am really unsure as to what he is doing over there... |
