as easy as putting out a fire.It speaks to the quality of life in Newark or other major Urban's.Life has become a rather cheap commodity.traded everyday on the streets of our cities.Most of time selling short.

A horrible alternative but better than dead. They'll probably end up collaring these criminals right in their own neighborhood.
