So true. I think that people are very discouraged and many feel that voting won't make much of a difference. I wonder how many of the Occupy Wall Streeters voted? The greatest power citizens have is still the ballot.

I don't know the number of OWS voters, but one thing is for sure Wall Street has huge investment in current elections. Wisconsin's gov. results proved that. One minute is was too close to call and then next minute the winner was called. I heard from folks there that people were stiill voting at 9pm and many challenges of voter suppression were lodged. Talk about a sham election. Reminds me of Gore/Bush Florida debacle. So, yea, people are discouraged -- but we should NOT sit on our vote and GIVE away elections without a fight.

Complete BS. Walker won the first vote by 6 points, and the second by 7 or 8 points. It was never that close.

BTW, Wisconsin has some of the most liberal laws about voting, allowing registration to vote to take place at the same time as voting. The suppression argument is nonsense.

Ok folks a lil update, we lost the chair in Milburn tonite by 2 votes 9-7 that just means we have to take two more seats next time.

There was a lil race baiting going on by certain folks in the party to keep the chair, they scared two of our votes away by telling district leaders look those black folk in Newark who after Joe D trying to take control of Milburn, which by the way is not the case.

This is not about any one elected Official this is about keeping our Democratic Party honest and fighting for working families!

See folk this is what they do, they stand on the stage with black elected officials then, go to the white suburban towns and tell them to fear us and these are the folks you keep electing to office?

Shout out to my fans from Milburn who read my post that work in the EC Clerk Office it must feel real humiliating knowing that you can't stand up and be your own man!

Take this post and show it to your leaders!
